I graduated from McGill University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In 2011, I solidified my technical knowledge by obtaining a master’s certificate in project management and a PMP certification. I then managed various projects in construction designs that have taken me out of my comfort zone.
I have worked on all types of construction, in both new and existing buildings.

What really turns me on is project management, no matter what the project is!

I strive to provide the same personalized service that you would expect to find in a boutique:

the collaboration amongst the client, the professionals, the subs and the users, which leads to that much sought after transparency and integrity!

Fun fact!
When I’m golfing, I’m able to drive 300 yards in the middle of the fairway and on the next hole, I can put it 10 yards back from the tee.

I have more than 18 years of experience in marketing and finance in many industries. My professional experience is complemented by a certificate in management accounting.

Joining the management team of Cadrin &Co. was the logical next step for me to combine my past experience with my future aspirations. Creating a company that reflects who you are, with a fired-up team that knows how to challenge you and push you towards your goals, is what motivates me every day!

Touching everything in order to optimize our procedures, working in a happy environment, and especially, experiencing this indescribable feeling of pride when realizing that we deliver much more than a construction project,

but a place where people live, work, have a drink with friends…. that’s exciting!

I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, 15 of which were spent as a site superintendent on major projects.

I joined this young company because of the transparency it offers to its clients and the professionalism of its staff.

What I am passionate about in my work is initiating a project from a simple sketch, then seeing it through to its final realization. The more complicated it is, the more I love it!

On a personal level, I have three hobbies: reading, fly fishing and making my own flies.

I started in the construction business as a summer job with my uncle, who was a general contractor. When I finished my studies, he offered me the opportunity to join the company where I received training with a great team. I accepted his offer and worked there until the company closed. Then I went into commercial projects and, one thing leading to another, I became a superintendent!

I chose Cadrin &Co. for the team, the feeling of belonging, the thoroughness, efficiency and the new challenges.

I am passionate about my work: all the creation and the opportunity to leave my mark in the construction projects I have accomplished throughout my career.

On a personal level, I’m an avid golfer in the summer and snowboarder in the winter!

I obtained my MBA from HEC Montréal and a B. Sc. Sc. in Civil Engineering from Aleppo University. My professional background includes extensive experience in international project management in various sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy and utilities. I have also led strategic initiatives for large institutions.

Bringing new projects to fruition is what I love about my job.

I was looking for a medium-sized company where I could leverage a diverse portfolio of over 40 years’ experience in the Middle East. When I met Nicolas, I sensed an ambitious person, with the potential to grow and make people around him grow.

What excites me most is the satisfaction of finding solutions and implementing them to ensure full customer satisfaction.

I read a lot, enjoy sports, especially tennis, and go to the gym regularly. I also enjoy outdoor activities, getting together with friends and spending precious time with my family.

After graduating from Cégep André Laurendeau with a technical diploma in accounting and management, I gained 7 years’ experience in accounting in the construction and fabricated metal sectors.

I joined Cadrin because I immediately felt it was a welcoming team where I could blossom and meet new challenges.

What I’m passionate about is being able to work with all the departments and help them achieve their goals.


I’m a gamer, so I’m sure to be found in front of my computer in my spare time!

I’m trained in traditional forging and cutlery. Just because I work in an office doesn’t mean I don’t like things done by hand!
