Cadrin &Co. Cadrin &Co. is currently working on the modernization of the reception area of the Imperial House condo building located in downtown Montreal.
This project consists of updating the first floor common area in the first phase, and then upgrading to comply with current codes and regulations in subsequent phases.
This is an opportunity for us to kill two birds with one stone: provide a refreshed living environment for several owners and ensure the safety of the building for all its occupants.
Extensive work in an existing building requires us to work with minimal disruption to the current occupants. It's satisfying to know that our efforts will add value to their homes! We also want the job to be done in a transparent manner!
