Project details
We are proud to contribute to the development of a 117-unit cooperative housing project. Cadrin &Co. and the Fédération d’habitation coopérative du Québec are determined to do things differently, with a project developed in full collaboration between professionals, the promoter, the developer-builder and the end-user.

In this way, we continue to pursue our mission of building with a purpose.
Community and social housing being a key vector in the solution to the housing crisis. With this project, the FHCQ and Cadrin &Co. are demonstrating their desire to be part of the solution, in concrete terms!

The search for financing must be geared towards new, innovative models, adapted to the realities of the territory and the populations they serve. It is imperative to give more room to financial and legislative innovations, while offering greater regulatory flexibility to initiatives from developers and various project owners. - Extract from the proposals and recommendations presented by the FHCQ to the CMM as part of the revised PMAD, November 2024
